Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if not shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed. Refunds are only provided for damaged or defective products reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof. Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment source. Used products, opened beauty items, and customized crockery are not eligible for return or refund.
