1. Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not been shipped.
• If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
• For urgent cancellation requests, please contact our support team immediately.

2. Returns & Refund Eligibility

• We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
• Returns are accepted only if the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Clear photo or video proof must be provided for verification.
• The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
• The complete return process must be initiated and completed within the 7-day return period.

Requests reported after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible under the Harshaya Claycharm Returns Policy.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

• Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
• Opened beauty or personal care items.
• Customized or personalized products.
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling or negligence.

4. Return & Refund Process

• Once your request is received and verified, we may arrange return pickup or provide return instructions.
• All returned products are subject to inspection and approval.
• Refunds or replacements will be processed only after successful verification.
• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

5. General Conditions

• Harshaya Claycharm reserves the right to inspect and verify all return or refund requests before approval.
• Requests that do not meet the above criteria may be declined.
